A hair dressing foundation to ease in the creation of a french twist hair style. The foundation comprises a small, flexible device, triangular in shape with the upper end of the device being concave in curvature. A plurality of tabs allows the user to securely attach the device to the back of the user's hair. The user may wrap and swirl the user's hair around the device to create a french twist hair style.
