The present invention relates to a detachable and removable cover to protect the interior and contents of a dinghy, small fishing boats, small jet boats and the like. It is designed to conform to the shape of the dinghy to provide full closure about the dinghy to prevent a safer and more secure fit. The cover is made of a semirigid rubberized injection molded vinyl plastic that resists degradation when exposed to ultraviolet radiation. Integrally molded handles and tie-downs provide a one-piece construction that is economical to produce. Positioning of the handles gives the user a well-balanced placement that allows ease of handling.
